<p>Reach Modena, a UNESCO site thanks to its astonishing Romanesque cathedral. Why not take a stroll for some window-shopping along the porticoed arcades of Via Emilia street and try the eclectic culinary culture, from street food to Michelin-starred restaurants! Overnight stay in Modena area.</p>

<p>Breakfast. You will be met at the accomodation by your private driver and transferred to a Parmesan cheese dairy. You will be welcomed by your local guide and watch the hand-making of the most famous cheese in the world, still prepared as centuries ago. The guided visit will be followed by tastings of cheese of several ageing. Next, you will visit a traditional acetaia of Balsamic Vinegar where this local delicacy is kept in wooden barrels for a minimum of 12 years of ageing. The visit includes sampling. Your guided tour ends with a walking tour to the stunning 12th-century cathedral and just a few steps away the imposing Ducal Palace.</p>
